We’ve chosen three of our favorite TED Talks by industry experts and leaders: Simon Sinek, Sheryl Sandberg, and Richard Branson. Their irrefutable leadership skills have helped them establish their careers and gain worldwide recognition for their successes. While also coaching others to emulate their success, each one of them defines crucial aspects of leadership which we believe will help show you what you can do as a leader.

Simon Sinek:

Simon Sinek is renowned for his concept ‘start with why.’ We all know it’s easy to get caught up in our work, but Simon encourages us to take a step back and focus on the reason why Screen Shot 2016-06-23 at 4.03.39 PMwe are doing something and make sure this is at the heart of every action you take. This is a seemingly simple concept but it is one that can create incredible success and help take a good leader and make him into an incredible one.

 Sheryl Sandberg:

Richard Branson:
