Natalie-Team

Natalie Viani, CEO/Owner

Natalie has worked in technical recruiting her entire career. Fresh out of college, she took a chance on Outsource Technical, a company that was just breaking into the San Diego market. It turns out she made the right bet. The company grew significantly over the next decade, expanding its clientele throughout San Diego and Orange County. During that time, Natalie was integral to the company’s growth, performing every kind of task associated with technical recruiting business while working her way from a recruiter position to eventually becoming a managing partner. In 2015, Natalie purchased the San Diego business from Outsource Technical and gave it a new name: VIA Technical. The business continues with the same team and relationships built over the past decade.

Developing client relationships has always been one of Natalie’s favorite aspects of working in this industry. And now as VIA’s leader, Natalie has found tremendous fulfillment in, as she describes it, “…making a difference from a total company perspective – providing not only the best results for clients and candidates, but also fostering an internal environment where employees really love what they do, have a say in the evolution of our company, and have many growth opportunities.” In this way, Natalie is actualizing her vision of a company that is less profit-driven and more people-driven.
